Returns & Refund Policy:
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all content shipped.
Return Process:
To return an item, please contact us using our contact form with a request to return it and indicate the reason. Within 24 hours we will reply to ask you to place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
Shippable:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Digital:
First, request a refund by email or contact form with a detailed reason for the request. Within 24 hours, we will reply to see if the reasons are resolvable, and if not, we may request you uninstall and delete all purchased software first, depending on the digital items purchased and circumstances. Other digital items by 3rd party vendors may have their own procedures and requirements which we will inform you of upon receiving your request.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed by us, which is typically within 24 hours of approval.
Exceptions:
There may be exceptions to the refund policy above for 3rd party products ordered through our company and requests made later than 30 days after purchase. The following brands are owned by BIN and adhere to the above refund policy. 3rd part vendors may have slight variations on the refund process.
