If your organization operates across three or more physical campuses or facilities, consider our EL option for significant savings.
Previous-purchase credit: When an eligible course or bundle purchase is upgraded to a larger Site or Enterprise License package, the amount previously paid is deducted from the requested quote.
Each site license (SL) serves a specific physical location. The SL allows unlimited users and installations within that licensed location. Licensees can install the software on a university or corporate LAN. They can also install it as standalone copies on individual PCs. This license allows unlimited ways to deliver training software to students.
The Enterprise License (EL) allows unlimited Site Licenses (SL) and locations. This option is particularly beneficial if your organization operates in over three locations. With this license, you'll also receive examples of SCORM versions for selected courses upon request.

Courseware LMS:
Every SL SL = Perpetual Unlimited Students/Installations for a single facility. or EL EL = Perpetual Unlimited Students/Installations for all facilities. edition has a mini Learning Management System (LMS) built in. This system stores student data and scores in an MS Access database. This makes exporting and importing data to most LMS brands easy.
You can access all their scores if learners use the courses on a local network. Suppose you install the course on an individual PC or workstation. In that case, the instructor will have password-protected access to the mini LMS. They will access it from that specific computer. The software allows students to print a certificate. They can do this when they score 85% or higher.
SL and EL editions permit the licensee to import course assets into its own LMS. Because many LMS platforms are available, we do not provide support for importing content into a specific LMS or SCORM system. For import assistance, please contact your LMS provider. Course assets may be accessed only within the scope of the purchased license: the licensed physical facility and its local area network for an SL, or the organization's covered locations and authorized learners for an EL.
The courses and course assets may not be published on the public Internet. A Site License is limited to one licensed physical facility and its local network.
An Enterprise License also supports distance learning for authorized employees or students. Organizations may provide secure remote access through their company or school network, or provide authorized learners with course software for use on home computers. Because the installed courses do not require continuous internet access, learners can continue training in rural or remote locations and in workplaces where internet access is limited or restricted.
