It teaches how to find and evaluate problems in mechanical systems. This course focuses on one application. It supplements the standard thermographer certification training.
This course covers infrared theory, heat transfer, and equipment use. It includes standards compliance, thermal imaging analysis, and report writing. The student learns to find and record thermal patterns. These patterns result from poor design, quality, or mechanical failure.
