The general message of this book is: Do what is really necessary and skip what is not. Quality is placed in a broad perspective; it is much more than just the product quality. Organizational aspects are discussed. Also human processes like personal development and self respect are part of quality. We will get into that in chapter 5, where we will discuss every aspect of changes in the organization.
