Each software license (SL) is intended for a specific physical location, allowing an unlimited number of users and installations within that licensed location. Licensees can install the software on a university or corporate network (LAN) or as standalone copies on individual PCs. This license provides the freedom to deliver training software to students in various ways without any limitations.
The Enterprise License (EL) extends the reach of your licensing to include an unlimited number of Single Location (SL) facilities. Courseware LMS:
Every SL SL = Perpetual Unlimited Students/Installations for a single facility. or EL EL = Perpetual Unlimited Students/Installations for all facilities. edition has a mini Learning Management System (LMS) built in. This system stores student data and scores in an MS Access database. This makes exporting and importing data to most LMS brands easy.
You can access all their scores if learners use the courses on a local network. Suppose you install the course on an individual PC or workstation. In that case, the instructor will have password-protected access to the mini LMS. They will access it from that specific computer. The software allows students to print a certificate. They can do this when they score 85% or higher.
With the SL/EL editions, permit the licensee to import assets from the courses into your own LMS. But we don't support importing to a specific LMS-SCORM, as many are out there. For help with importing assets, please get in touch with your LMS provider. Remember, only access these assets at the licensed physical location(s). (Local Area Networks for SL, Wide Area Networks for EL).
You can't put the courses or assets on the Internet. They also can only go on a network within the licensed facility. This rule applies outside the individual licensed physical facility (for SL). It also applies outside all licensed facilities (for EL).
