Circuit Simulator Constructor
The Constructor electrical drawing software is an excellent training tool for teaching troubleshooting. You can draw ladder diagrams and electrical layouts much faster and easier than with most CAD software. The Constructor makes creating, testing, troubleshooting, teaching, and printing electrical circuit diagrams and schematics fast and easy. It includes interactive on‑screen help, a full manual, and examples.
Over 800 wire‑drawing symbols are included (IC, NEMA, and IEC), and you can customize or create your own. Optional PLC I/O wiring diagram symbol libraries are available for most PLCs — over 1,800 I/O modules. The Constructor began on DOS over 23 years ago and is now at version 16 for Windows 10, 8, 7, and XP. You can see power flow, hear motors and alarms (126 sound effects), take notes, display notes, and print electrical circuit simulations and schematics.
Automatically add wire numbers, print wire labels, and use templates for Brady and other label printers. Export electrical wiring diagrams to PDF, or optionally to DXF, DWG, JPG, GIF, TIF, or PNG. The latest feature adds electrical simulation scripting for hands‑free simulations.
Used by Fortune 500 companies, schools, universities, electricians, contractors, and IBEW/JATC/UA/IEC training centers worldwide. Download the free 60‑day simulator trial.
Note: This is not SPICE simulation, CircuitLab, or an electronic circuit simulator.
