Step 4. Answer the question, then tap the green 'Next' button.
Step 5. Review your quiz score and test answers.

Instructors
This free online industrial quiz maker app is also an easy test maker app. We kept it simple: a multiple-choice test maker. You can add pictures to the questions that need it.
Quiz Maker Online Free to Instructors:
School faculty should use their school email address when submitting new user requests. They do not need to purchase a subscription; they can just complete the form and submit it. It is free to the school faculty.
Quiz Maker Online for All Others:
All others—companies, consultants, HR departments, recruiters, etc.- will need a paid subscription to create new quizzes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. *
Example 1: You only have a few tests to create. You could create them and then cancel the subscription. If they are quality industrial-related tests, student access via the Free Online Quizmaker App will still be publicly available.
Example 2: You need to create one or more non-industrial-related or private tests. Once you cancel your subscription, your test will no longer be available. So, keep your subscription active if you want test takers to have access.
* Note: Refunds of yearly subscriptions will be amount minus months used at a non-discounted price.
Approved instructors and individuals with paid subscriptions and expertise can create quizzes, tests, and assessments on one or more topics. The process is as follows.
Step 1. Sign up.
Besides the typical app sign-up fields, you will notice the additional fields of Categories, Title, and Description. All fields are mandatory. These three other fields help us determine your intended use of the App and allow us to give you valuable feedback and support on the first quiz you make.
You will receive an approval email within 24 hours of submitting your registration request.
Step 2. Log in. After logging in, a dashboard screen like the one below will appear.
Step 3. Create a new quiz.
After pressing the blue "Quiz" button at the top of the instructor dashboard, a green "New quiz" button will appear. 
Clicking it will open the form shown below.
Now let us go through the add new quiz form from top to bottom.
* Select the quiz category and enter the title and description. Please do not use any special characters in your title or description. If this is your first time adding a new quiz, use the same category, title, and description you entered when requesting a login name. For your reference, the information for your first test is in your registration confirmation email. When you create subsequent new quizzes, you will write your titles and descriptions from scratch following the guidelines on the form fields.
* The quiz "details" field allows you to add details related to the test optionally. Relevant HTML and links are also allowed in this field but will be subject to approval. The details can be reading material necessary to answer the test or other material related to the test title topic. Unrelated or low-quality content will not be approved. The more details, the better. As long as the content entered adds value to the test taker, it will be approved.
* The Win, Tie, and Lost test results messages. You can change these three messages within reason, but not the links.
* Enter the test questions and answers. For each test question and answer, enter the following using the screenshot below as a reference. By default, the form starts with four questions, one wrong answer, one correct answer, and a value of 1 point for the question score. Use the buttons to enter additional wrong answers and add a picture to a question. Note that images can be added to questions only if the picture is required to answer the question. Each quiz allows unlimited questions and unlimited wrong answers. All questions are multiple-choice.

After you enter all the test questions and answers you want, click the submit button.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with approval of the test submitted and advice for improvement. Once your test is approved, it will be accessible on the public list. Unless your test topic is non-industrial or you requested that the test be private. You can still share the link to a private test with your students. No login is required for them to take the private test. They only need the link from you to make things easier for them.
Editing Test in Industrial Quiz Maker App
Test creators (Instructors or Experts) can edit the test they created. Click the blue 'Edit' button next to the test you want to edit in the instructor's dashboard.
Once the quiz opens in edit mode, the screen will look like the add new test section described above in this help area.
Here are some tips for instructors/HR departments when conducting student or employee tests.

2. Instruct them to enter the teacher's email address on the test results form.

We can host your private version of the Industrial Quiz Maker App with a low-cost subscription to the online App. You must have a paid subscription if your test topic is not industrial-related. With a subscription, you can create any test topic you want if it does not violate our server standards.
You can use your company or school name, logo, etc., with one of our two site Licenses. We provide limited customization of your private version of the Quiz Maker App for your needs with our Site License Subscription (SLS).
